What it is
Counter service is the part of retail that cannot be automated: someone who knows the stock, finds the size, says honestly when something does not suit, and handles the exchange without making it difficult.
What is included
- Personal attention at the counter
- Size and stock checking across the shop
- Honest fitting opinion
- Exchange inside the stated period
- Invoice issued on every sale
How it works
Understanding the need
We ask what the piece is for and what the customer already owns, before pulling anything off the rail.
Selection
We bring options in the right size, including one the customer would not have picked, and we say why.
Honest fitting
If something does not suit, we say so. Selling a piece that gets returned costs everyone more than the sale was worth.
After the sale
We handle exchanges and questions afterwards with the receipt, without argument, inside the stated period.
Frequent questions
Can I exchange something bought as a gift?
Yes, inside the stated period, unworn and with tags and receipt. Tell us at the time and we note it on the sale.
Do you hold items?
We hold an item for a short period on request. We will tell you honestly if it is the last one in that size.
Do you order sizes you do not have?
Where the supplier has it, yes. We confirm availability and give you a realistic date rather than a hopeful one.
